Non-Refundable Policy
Damaged or Defective Items

Due to the nature of medical apparel and health safety standards, all sales are final. Orders are generally non-refundable unless there is a confirmed issue with the manufacturing or delivery of your item.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact VitaleWear within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the item and its packaging, and a brief description. Eligible cases may receive a replacement or store credit.

Wrong Item Received
Conditions for Returns

If you receive the wrong item, size, or color, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos. We will correct the order through a replacement or store credit as appropriate.

Approved returns must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. VitaleWear reserves the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet these hygiene and quality conditions.
